Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In the original packaging
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@clapback.shop with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
